Évasion Policy

A legal disclaimer.

In order to provide clients with a high quality service in a timely manner we have an appointment/ cancellation policy in place.

 

Appointments are in very high demand and your early cancellations help us find other clients who may want to fill in for your appointment. Not giving your lash technician a minimum of 24 hours notice makes it a bit harder to fill in your spot for the appointment. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

 

When booking for your appointment, you will be asked to pay a £20 deposit that will be credited towards your service/s.

 

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 HOURS prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or used at your next rescheduled appointment with us. Providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit, and a new one will be required when booking again

 

If you arrive more than 20 MINUTES late to your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled, your service will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited, no-shows are expected to pay the FULL price for their appointment
